ingredients


5 tbsp. couscous ( ca. 50g )

 

100 ml boiling water

 

1 tsp. coconut-oil / butter

 

1 tbsp. roasted pecans / almonds / walnuts / hazelnut / cashews / sunflower-seeds 

 

3 tbsp. soy-yoghurt / yoghurt

 

1/2 orange ( juice )

 

3 dried apricots / figs / dates OR 3 tbsp. raisins / cranberries

 

1 tbsp. maple-syrup / honey

 

1/2 tbsp. cinnamon

 

 



Step 1


Put the boiling water in a bowl over the couscous and the coconut oil / butter and stir everything well before you cover the bowl with a plate and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, squeeze out the juice of the orange, cut your dried fruit into pieces, and roughly chop the nuts with a knife. Mix all the ingredients together well and let your couscous sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes or overnight.
