10 tbsp. soy-yoghurt / coconut-yoghurt
1 tbsp. chia-seeds
8 tbsp. puffed amaranth
1 tbsp. cacao-nibs / grated dark-chocolate
1 tbsp. maple-syrup / honey upon need
smash the banana with a fork and mix it with the remaining ingredients. let it chill / steep in the fridge for at least 15 minutes or overnight.
