ingredients


100 g frozen or fresh berries (raspberries or berry-mix)

 

200 ml milk or soymilk

 

4 tbsp. greek yoghurt or low-fat-cheese  

 

1 tbsp. honey or maplesyrup

 

some fresh vanilla upon need



Step 1


blend all ingredients until smooth. add some ice-cubes if you used fresh berries.
