1 handful fresh spinach

 

1 banana

 

200 ml almondmilk (unsweetend) / soymilk / milk (low-fat)

 

3 dates

 

1 tbsp. almond-, cashew- or peanutbutter (unsweetend)

 



Step 1


blend all ingredients until smooth. add some crushed ice upon need.
