ingredients


1 banana

 

1 handful frozen mango / 1/2 Mango (ca. 75 g)

 

5 tbsp. oats

 

2 tbsp. flex-seeds / chia-seeds

 

100 ml coconut-milk (drink) / almondmilk / soymilk / milk 

 

1 tbsp. honey / maple-syrup

 

 



Step 1


smash the banana with a fork & then mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. leave it in the fridge for at least 15 minutes or overnight before you enjoy it.
