muesli: switzer-style

ingredients


5  tbsp. low-fat cheese OR 10 tbsp. yoghurt / soy-yoghurt / greek yoghurt  (approx. 250 g)

 

100 ml milk / soymilk / water 

 

1 tbsp. honey / maple-syrup

 

5 tbsp. oats (approx. 50 g)

 

2 tbsp. flex-seeds / chia-seeds

 

2 tbsp. almonds 

 

3 tbsp. raisins 

 

1/4 tsp. cinammon

 

1/2 lemon (juice) 

 

1 apple 

 

 



step 1


roast the almonds in a pan without oil upon needed.

step 2


mix all ingredients together in a bowl  and let the muesli steep in the refrigerator for a few minutes or overnight.
