1 banana
200 ml almondmilk (unsweetend) / milk / soymilk
3 tbsp. soy-yoghurt / yoghurt / greek yoghurt
1 tbsp. almond-, peanut- or cashewbutter
a pinch of cinnamon

blend all ingredients until smooth. add some crushed ice upon need.
