1 tbsp. chia-seeds / flex-seeds
1 tbsp. almond- / peanut- / cashew-butter (unsweetened / natural)
1 tbsp. maple-syrup / honey upon need
100 ml almond- / soy- / regular milk
5 tbsp. oats (ca. 50 g)
1 tbsp. raw cacao-nibs / grated dark chocolate
smash the banana with a fork & then mix it up with the remaining ingredients.
leave it in the fridge for at least 15 minutes or over night.
