ca. 300 ml almondmilk (unsweetend) / soymilk/ milk 

 

ca. 5 tbsp. oats

 

ca. 6 brazil nuts/ 1 handful pecan nuts

 

ca. 3 dates

 

ca. 1 tbsp. maple-syrup

 



Step 1


mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. add some crushed ice upon need.
