300 ml almondmilk (unsweetend) / soymilk/ milk
5 tbsp. oats
6 brazil nuts/ 1 handful pecan nuts
3 dates or 1 medjool-date
1 tbsp. maple-syrup / honey
Step 1
mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. add some crushed ice upon need.
