500 g potatoes (approx. 5-7 middle sized potatoes)
some rosemary and thyme (fresh or dried)
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
yoghurt / soy-yoghurt / greek yoghurt with garlic and dill
preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
peel the potatoes and cut them into thin wedges or slices. then mix these with the oil and herbs. if you have twigs available, you can simply put them on top before baking.
spread the potatoes on the baking sheet with a little space between them and bake them for 30-50 minutes. the baking time depends on the size of the potatoes and your oven.
spice the potatoe wedges with salt and pepper and enjoy the them with a simple dip of your choice, but if possible avoid ready-made sauces.
