ingredients for 1 serving


150 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)

 

1 banana

 

6 tbsp. soy- / coconut-yoghurt

 

1 tbsp. maple-syrup / honey upon need

 



Step 1


blend all ingredients until smooth. you can add some almond- or coconut-milk upon need.
