quick banana-bread-cake

ingredients for 2 servings
for the dough:
2 ripe bananas
5 tbsp. low-fat quark or 10 tbsp. yogurt / Greek yogurt / soy yogurt (approx. 250 g)
2 eggs
5 tbsp. oats (approx. 50 g)
2 tbsp. wholemeal, spelled or wheat flour (approx. 50 g)
1 tbsp. baking cacao
2 tbsp. honey / maplesyrup
2 tbsp. chocolate chunks or walnuts
for the baking dish:
coconut- or olive-oil
after baking:
1 tbsp. unsweetend cashew-, almond- or peanutbutter
1 tbsp. chocolate chunks or grated chocolate
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In the meantime, mash the bananas with a fork or a blender and then mix it well with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2
Grease the baking dish well and add the dough. Bake the banana bread for about 20-25 minutes.

Take the baking dish out of the oven and remove the dough from the baking dish with a spoon / knife. Smear the whole thing with the nut butter and pour the chocolate over it. TIP: As long as it is warm, you can decorate the whole thing a little with a fork. After all, the eye eats too. Once the whole thing has cooled down, you can cut the bread into hand-sized pieces and serve it (but it tastes better after one hour in the fridge).
