ingredients for 1 serving


3 handful raspberries (fresh or frozen / approx. 125g)

 

5 tbsp. greek yoghurt / soy-yoghurt

 

1 tbsp. grated coconut

 

5 tbsp. puffed amaranth

 

1 tbsp. honey / maple-Syrup 

 

 



step 1


roast the grated coconut on low heat without oil in a pan. take care cause they burn real quick. take them out the pan when done.


step 2


mix all ingredients together and leave four raspberries as decoration for the end. you can eat it right away or the next day. enjoy every bite of it!
