scrambled eggs with tomatoes, avocado and goatcheese

ingredients for 1 serving
6-8 cherry tomatoes or 1 tomatoe
1/2 goatcheese (approx. 75 g)
oil for the pan
pepper, nutmeg, spices upon need
heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and in the meantime cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
whisk the eggs together and add the tomatoes to the hot pan. let them sweat shortly before adding the eggs.
while you let the eggs set in peace, cut the avocado into slices.
scramble the eggs and put them on the plate when the consistency is right. spread the avocado on top and crumble your feta cheese over it.
