simple mozzarella sandwich

ingredients for 1 serving


 

2 slices of wholemeal bread, crispbread or rice waffles

 

1 mozzarella or burrata

 

1 tomatoe

 

1 tbsp. cream cheese

 

a few leafs basil or dried basil

 

salt and pepper upon need

 



step 1


toast your wholemeal bread as required. cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into slices.


step 2


smear the cream cheese on the bread and spread the basil, tomatoes and the mozzarella slices on it. season it with salt and pepper.
