tropical rice waffles with avocado

ingredients for 1 serving
2 rice waffles
1/2 avocado
1,5 tbsp. grated coconut or coconut chips
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
salt and pepper upon need
step 1
briefly toast the coconut flakes / chips in a pan without oil.
step 2
mash the avocado with a fork and spread it on the rice wafers.
step 3
mix the honey with the roasted coconut flakes / chips and spread the mixture over the rice wafers.
